Policy updates for 2024

Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the appointment to avoid the 100% cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee represents the full amount of the service scheduled. The cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file in the exact same manner as other professional services; doctor visits, dentist appointments, hotels, etc. You may always call, e-mail ([email protected]), go online, use the vagaro app or contact your stylist directly to reschedule.

Unattended Children Policy: Salon Fix does not permit unattended children in the salon. Only people actively receiving a service are allowed on the main salon floor. A full service hair salon is not a child friendly environment and Salon Fix will not be held responsible for injury due to improper oversight.  If you arrive with a child that will have to be left unattended during your service then you will have to cancel your appointment and will be required to pay the cancellation fee. If you are able to reschedule at that time, you will not be charged again if you arrive at that appointment properly prepared for your service. Children with additional adult supervision are welcome to wait in our waiting room.

Card on File Policy: All customers must have a credit card on file. This is only to be used for cancellations. It can also be a convenient way for you to pay for your service but that is totally up to you upon checking out. This information is encrypted and we never have access to your card details inside the salon.
